Mannings were the Main Contractor under a design-and-build contract to develop a centralised ambient distribution centre on a 20ha. site at Donabate, North County Dublin.
The 77,000 m² project, containing 73,000 pallet locations, was successfully constructed in 36 weeks from commencement of steel.
The development was constructed in 36 weeks.
