Residential Development, Dublin 8.

Client: Rockfield Housing Developments

Value:  €1m

This apartment project was the refurbishment of a 1960’s former National Irish Bank three storey building with an occupied retail unit on the ground floor by Tesco Express, which was to remain open throughout the project.  An additional fourth storey was added to the roof  to allow for the fit out of four new luxury apartments.

New structural steels were added to the existing top floor to provide additional structural support for the new timber framed fourth storey being added.

This created the footprint for four luxury turnkey apartments each individually designed including large private south facing outdoor terrace, also incorporating the installation of new M&E services.
