• Design, construction and fit-out of a new build 38,868ft² warehouse building to meet Clients' specifications.
• The scheme involves an extension of the ground floor offices to provide break and locker areas for warehouse personnel along with supporting offices and a plant deck over a new mezzanine extension which would provide additional plant space.
• Works included the design, manufacture and installation of new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, power and gas distribution upgrade works, IT, data and security works.
• The existing first floor office area are to be fitted out to provide support office areas for the clients warehouse sortation operation.
• Works within the warehouse will provide sortation, storage and automation facilities with a drivers support area and welfare facilities to the east area of the warehouse.
• The service yard is to be reconfigured and secured in line with the client specifications and include a new outdoor break seating and smoking areas along with additional secure cycle spaces.
