Lidl Nenagh was a complete redevelopment of an urban site in Nenagh Town (mixed use retail development). Piling and substructure were completed in 3 weeks.
The development included the main 2,000m2 anchor store and 5 separate mixed retail units. The store was constructed adjacent to the existing Lidl store which remained open throughout the build.
